Friday Find (5th June 2015) – Seaside Yarnbombing

Happy Friday!

The Craft Club have done it again and it’s beautiful! They’ve yarnbombed four postboxes ready for the Southend Festival and they’re as awesome as ever.

These beauties were made by the lovely ladies who form The Craft Club. They’ve been bringing yarny happiness to Southend for a few years now and even broke a Guinness World Record for Largest Display of Crochet Sculptures last summer.

Unfortunately I’ve not been able to go and see these yarny seaside scenes in person (yet), but there are a whole heap of photos on their Facebook and Instagram to keep me happy for now. You should go take a look – you know you want to 🙂

There’s even this awesome selfie shared by Phil Jupitus on The Craft Club’s Twitter account:

You can read more about their latest yarnbomb in the Echo here: Yarnbombers strike to brighten up town with seaside scenes..

Have a lovely weekend.
