Sunday Sevens (4th October 2015)

The Sunday Sevens series was created by Nat at Thread and Bobbins to share awesome and exciting things that don’t necessarily deserve a whole post of their own. I have lots and lots I want to share and hopefully this will be the perfect way.

This week has been another up/down week … As has been the usual lately I’ve been pushing too hard and not resting properly. But here are my seven images from this week …

1 – I love knit and natter! And I was super grateful for the meet this week as it gave me a chance to not do anything else other than some knitting. While drinking tea and eating biscuits of course.

2 – I had my last day of working in London this week and enjoyed the walk through town in the sunshine. A very sunny October day – beautiful.

3 – My last day was also another opportunity to wear my lovely new boots that I got out of my birthday money. They’re so comfortable 🙂

4 – More resting in some awake moments between naps allowed me to get up to date with the Great British Bake Off … all that chocolate mmmmmmm

5 – Thankfully I had chocolate among my goodies from work – thankies!

6 – I love this little face 🙂

7 – It has been a lovely sunny start to October! So we harvested the last of our home grown vegetables and replanted the bell peppers into pots so they’re ready to come in when it gets colder.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend 🙂

  3. I love a knit, sew, crochet and natter too, I feel lost without something to do in my hands if I am sitting around! Your boots are lovely! x

A general craft and natter is a great way to relax – when I craft at home I’m usually distracted by cooking or cleaning. Going out means there’s none of that. And thanks 🙂

I’m still very impressed with your gardening! I just love how your outdoor area looks 🙂 Love the boots; perfect for that Autumn/ Winter transition!

Thank you 🙂 I love our little outdoor space. And the boots are amazing! So comfy and plenty of room inside for me to wear thicker socks as the weather changes.
