The Sunday Sevens series was created by Nat at Thread and Bobbins to share awesome and exciting things that don’t necessarily deserve a whole post of their own. I have lots and lots I want to share and hopefully this will be the perfect way.
BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! Sunday Sevens have been a little delayed this week and here’s why…
1 – A proposed 😀 We’re engaged! Definitely an awesome Christmas. And have a looksie at the box – hand made by his friend – isn’t it gorgeous?
2 – Spent Christmas Eve Eve (or Christmas Adam haha) playing Zombicide Black Plague with friends – we won wooo.
3 & 4 – The hamsters LOVED their Christmas doughnuts, but they didn’t like that they couldn’t pouch them or store them in their hideaway tubes. Although we found that watching them try was hilarious!
5 – I made some Christmas decorations for the tree. I simply mixed cinnamon and apple sauce together to form a dough, rolled that out and used cookie cutters for the shapes. Then I dried them out in a low oven (80 degrees celsius) for several hours. They smell delicious.
6 – I finished the Chelsea bag at 11am Christmas Eve – plenty of time to spare phew! (I’ll post tomorrow showing you the final item).
7 – My sister played Cluedo with my Mum on Boxing Day and she sent me this photo from the box… I think this was from when I was about 13 years old. I loved cluedo!
What a Christmas – lots of food, drink and family fun! Hope you had a very Merry Christmas too.
