Sunday Sevens (17th April 2016)

The Sunday Sevens series was created by Nat at Thread and Bobbins to share awesome and exciting things that don’t necessarily deserve a whole post of their own. I have lots and lots I want to share and hopefully this will be the perfect way.

To be honest I haven’t done too much this week and when I have… I have forgotten to take photos! Damn.

Here’s a few photos I remembered to take:

1 – My Invisibly Disabled badge arrived. This is a.new campaign (currently UK only) to highlight the fact that not all disabilities are visable. I have already lost my badge as well… oops. But A gave me the awesome idea of crocheting the logo … I’ll have to work on that.

2 – April showers bring May flowers … I hope so as there has been a lot of rain this week.

3 – Podcasts and tea! At this moment I was binge watching episodes of Katie’s podcast – Inside Number 23. Plus this is my favourite tea at the moment – Lemon, ginger and manuka honey by Pukka Tea mmmmmmm.

As well as Inside Number 23, I’ve also been watching:
Crafternoon Treats with Kathryn
The Grocery Girls with Jodi and Tracie
Periscoping Sisters with Amy and Debby
The Bakery Bears with Kay and Dan

I have more lined up to watch as they all suggest more great shows!

4 – I’ve been busy testing a pattern for Muki Crafts. It’s her new lace tutu skirt pattern and I am loving it.

5 – We visited friends to meet the new addition to their family … cue lots of blurry pictures on my phone courtesy of their wonderful six year old. The little blur of bright colours in the corner is the rainbow zebra I made (more coming about that later this week!)

6 – More plants to add to our balcony. This weekend we got a bell pepper plant, a yellow courgette plant, some celery and spring onions too.

7 – I love the beautiful bright spring mornings

Hope your week was awesome too!
